Philly' sits 50 yards up from the main entrance of Walking street. Many say this is one of the best places to sit and watch the whole scene unfold. I might have to agree. It's is the sits on fifty yard line of the Super Bowl of fun and frolicking for Mongers. The drinks are possibly the cheapest in town and food is edible. Lots of local working freelance gals hanging out and walking by here. Live bands play at night and the crowds get so big outside they stop traffic. Great place to use as home base or gathering place.
