Skybar is a nice placce in the Arena Entertainment complex. In skybar they have a number of venues including Karaoke, a restaurant, and a nightclub. In the later part of the day you can find some professional freelancers in here but they will be on the more expensive side asking for 200 USD or higher. As the night goes on you maybe able to negotiate with them.
