Hi. So first off, realize that no app, site, or whatever is not 100% safe. That v38ng said your goal is to get to as close to as 100% safe as possible, from cops, stds, and violent people. Anyway, your best bet is to meet in the day tike in a neutral and occupied space. Make sure you wear normal clothes to not look like you are a 304 or are on your way to go do that. You should tell a friend or other trusted person where you will be, with whom and any and all identification of the person you'll be with such as profiles, phone numbers, social media, car plates, etc. Then let them know when they should hear back from you, if not, to call the cops. Let your "date" know as casually as possible that you must answer a text from your trusted individual as they worry too much, and you've already told them where you are, etc. If they get angry or any kind of visibly upset in any way, call it OFF.
