Try Tiffany or RoseTran on Florin Road -- you can find r0setran on Red Book. A bit pricey at $120 per hour but a nice treat. Tiffany allows greater access to her bod and has a very nice artificial rack.

Only two girls I can think of is Boa (only half Viet though) from La Visage in San Jose though. The other is Tami at Gold Coast in Vallejo. I've been to Vietnam last year, I think that was before Christmas but I was not with a Vietnamese girl, I was with 888 Companions' provider.
