This was "Best Asian Hands" near Lompoc (reviewed earlier). Jenny still goes by the same name, but the sign on outside is "Ocean Breeze". Exit Main St in Santa Maria off 101, go toward ocean, turn right at Vons, left on Chapel (its on the corner of Elizabeth and Chapel). A very quiet neighborhood and private locale
