Club Fort Lauderdale is open 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. They have an excellent gym that is on par with the gym?s you would find at health clubs. I usually like to get a good workout in, hit the showers and then relax in the sauna or jacuzzi. If working out is not your forte then there is also private rooms, lounge area, and a pool (I love the poolside cookouts on weekends).
