I recall a nice looking spa, with attractive Asian attendants, on a cruise last year. I was cruising with a group and was very busy with pre-planned activities; so, I did not explore the spa.
Please comment if you are aware of anykind of HE service on a cruiseline.

I have been on about 15 cruises and that means over 15 massages. AND I never got close.Not even an oops,I'm sorry. The bad part is that they are all super hot. Sad to bring the bad news. Sve your money for the ports. Qoogle massages in whatever ports you are heading to.

Thats pretty much what I told them. Been on 9 cruises myself. I went to Cozumel in January and a local asked me if I "wanted to buy his sister" so those ports of call offer a lot more than the cruise staff can thats for sure.
And no, I didnt buy the sister. Nice big herpes sore on her lip. Um, no.
