That's a good idea but you need to be very discreet or........Maybe you can go to construction sites on saturdays and resemble a catering truck at lunchtime when most workers only work half days(besides most piece workers which I was for 23 years). Instead of a horn to make your presence known, how about a sexy whistle(for a horn) to turn some heads . As long as there's a shower and a menu posted, you should be fine.......Instead of "Joes Catering", how about "Ladies for Lunch"? . Since a great majority of workers get paid on friday and the jobsite is not to congested on saturdays, that would be perfect.
