Getting back to the question, I've gotten 90 minutes at various places for $80-100 mostly and the tip of course depends on the level of services received..again there are some exceptional ladies that do cost more but are worth every penny..

I happen to have $150 cash on me right now..would I choose the average provider with an average HJ or the exceptional one..obvious choice..I'd take every minute I could get with one of the better ladies..and try to see her often so I build up my frequent cummer miles
