Yeah, she had them attached on 7/15 hence, the "Vacation". NATURALS are a beautiful, man-made breasts are usually not. There is a big difference in the feel, and they are usually too sensitive (for the provider) to be handled very much by the customer...esp. if they have an overly rough touch.
Occassionally you will find a provider with enhanced breasts where the doctor has done an excellent job, but if I can feel the "Bag of Gelatanous Goo" it is a big turn-off (at least for me).
I would much rather have a provider with a bit of a sag to her breasts, than one whose breasts are as hard as marble...which I experienced one time...
