Your fears are unfounded. Spas are not closed due to reviews or review content (unless of course there are a series of BBFS, Greek, drug, or other Red flags) rather 99 percent of raids/closures are due to after hours operation, health code violations, hide and seek with inspectors, and complaints filed by disgruntled customers, competition, and very often disgruntled providers. Yes, the cops have access to the site as well as rubmaps, naughty reviews, TER, and Redbook, but for the most part they could care less who gets reviewed. There have been times when wives file complaints cuz hubby is too stupid to exercise info security.
Bottom line is go ahead and do your reviews, be honest, concise and don't write a porn novel.

That might hold true in Vegas. I saw a girl there who used to work here in MN during the great Bloomington AMP sweep of 2010. She said government is a lot more willing to turn and look the other way.

Quite frequently in many other markets site reviews are mentioned as raising the attention of LE.. (Usually, I'm guessing first prompted by some busybody or PO'd spouse.)
