$100 is the standard tip for a massage at a Warren Spa for an average spa provider.

However, if your spa provider gives you extra massage time and great services on a regular basis, an extra per diem is not out of order.

Forgive my intrusion into the Battle Of Bobs, I was at a spa today and the girl told me the boss pays her very well. I said that I pay her very well. She said she gives all the money to the boss and the boss then pays her. I had been under the impression that when I tipped the girl she got the money. I have always tipped extra for good service, but if the money is going to the house I will not be so charitable. On my next visit I will try to find out more information. We were eating in the back with mama and I did not feel at liberty to ask too many questions. BTW I think I get better service for bigger tips, so screw all the cheapskates.

Maybe so, but I hear customers come and go while I am still there. I get the full hour of massage and then the HJ (hand jobs), BJ (blowjobs) and FS (full service). There may be limits on how much service management will allow.">extras begin. I also get gifts and food. Today I had noodles, kimchi, and pancakes with two packs of marinated beef to grill when I got home. I also have standing invitations at several places for dinner without the massage. Several girls have also asked to come home with me, but alas that is not currently possible. So I doubt that everyone is receiving this level of attention. And all for a lousy extra $20. Seems like a pretty cheap investment to me.

Well, if I may add my two cents. Sammy knows what customers are tipping. When a generous tipper shows up, she is likely to send the best girls to that customer. That's just human nature to get you to be a regular and make sure you come back. They don't want to lose good customers to other spas. Think about it. If you are in the service industry, you take care of your best customers.

NO AMP owner or mgr makes the girls give back 50% tip to house OR any amount unless they borrowed the money from them or owe them noney. If the house furnish food for the each girl pays a small amout to pay for that, There are some spas that make the girls pay to sleep there. IF ANY GIRL must pay the house, something is terrible wrong as i was in the Spa business and have many friends that are still in the business. If a girl is good at her job, i can get a job and will pay back nothing to the house. Just have ehr email me.

Ok we have heard a lot of reports, the girls make this amount, no they make that amount. You should tip this amount. I look at it this way. When you buy a car you argue with the salesman over price. when you get a service you pay what you think its worth. Me i think its worth a little more, so i tip a little more and if i get good service I come back for more. if i get bad service I dont get that girl again. I try to listen you guys to find out who i should try since you have much more experince then I but really 40-60 bucks is nothing compaired to a great time.

The story about amp women only get to keep 50% of the tip money and none of the house fee seemed sort of off the mark to me.

I can't see any Warren spa worker only keeping $50-60 per one hour session.

An experienced veteran top level spa girl would not accept that kind of per diem for services.
