You are asking an open ended question. A raid in each area is bound to be different as they have different laws regarding the activies.

It would also depend on the state/position/activity that you are in when the office enters the room.

Getting a massage is not illegal. Someone else doing something illegal in the next room while you are getting a legal massage is NOT a problem for you.

And what do you mean "claim innocence"?, YOU ARE innocent, after all you are just there for a massage. At least here in the USA you are innocent until proven guilty, unless you are caught in the act or on tape.

You can not offer the LE officer any information about any activies that did NOT take place. Got it? "I am sorry I would love to help you but I just do not know, I only came here for a massage"

Unless there is proof like video or condom I think it's just play it cool and deny everything other than the massage itself. I would not play tough or be combative though just kind of go with the flow and stick to your story.

that video was long winded for me but it made some good points.

A favorite technique in NOVA is to stop customers leaving in their cars and bluff/scare them to admitting to TS, HE or more. They will ask for names of providers. They will then go in and arrest the providers for no license or massaging erogenous areas. Inside you are most vulnerable in the TS area as you are most exposed and once in the room keep your drawers on top of the pile. If the girl leaves the room for any reason and you hear anything unusual, put 'em on now. Better be safe than sorry.
