I have had them break and slip off and not realize it until after the deed is done. The lady washed herself and me well and then sprayed alcohol and cleaned us again. Maybe I was lucky because nothing fell off and so far I haven't seen any symptoms. After 3 or 4 months I would get tested. Do we know your lady? If she is an amp provider she is probably cleaner than 90% of the ladies you see for that type of activity. It is their business to stay clean.

If you are really worried about catching something, tell them that you need to use the bathroom....make sure it has a sink, and soap in it! Take a leak, even if you have to force yourself. Some men (me, about twenty per cent of the time) will have the urge to piss after all of your pubic muscles get a good work-out, esp. after ejaculating.
Taking a leak, esp. a long leak, will wash any invaders out of you...hopefully, all of them.
After emptying your bladder, work up a good lather with some soap, and wash your dick very thoroughly, even spreading the urethra open (your pee-hole at the tip of your dick-head)and work some suds into it, massage it around a bit. Don't forget to wash your balls, pubic hair area, and thighs. Rinse, and repeat.
When you get home, do it all over again.
If you have a S/O, and you think you may have caught something, don't be "in the mood" until you are sure you're clean. Get 'em mad at you if you are not sure if you're safe, because if you spread anything to a S/O they are going to be REALLY MAD!
I'm not exactly sure what you should do if you gave oral, as you can infect someone thru kissing and oral sex, if you caught something from someone you're not sure about.
