I do not think so. this guy is a liar. I just came back from there at June 2011, cop was not trap like what he said, you mind got caught because it is illegal but rarely. Even you got catch they just fine you about $100 usa dollars and let you go. there are a lot beautiful young girls over there , good service, nice with foreigner, speak broken English, best thing is everything really cheap price and convience 24h
