Guessing you missed the review on the FRONT page of this site? Henderson spas have been reviewed at least twice since Aug 1st.

Im sure one of the Henderson regulars will be around shortly. Last I heard they could take in clients until the specified closing time. Just like some stores and resturants continue to serve people after locking the door, if they were in before the bell so to speak.

Well I had several months ago when the original topic was up, said I thought they may see regulars after hours by appt. only. Hard for them to watch all the spas for the entire night every day.

They will find away to keep their business going and working "around" any laws that will cost them $$.

I agree with James, would suggest also that anyone that frequents the more popular spots to suggest to them an alternative, and that alternative should not even be openly shared on this forum. With the economy as bad as it is it wont be long before some of these places bend or break. Some places are in locations where they could get away with it, but they are very few. Places like the spas on warm springs, sunset rd, and Eastern have so many vantage points where it doesn't matter. Front door, back door or even side door wont make a difference when you can be seen from 500 different hiding places. In case you have never noticed, HPD does like to sit around everywhere. Agree with Rock that it would be hard to watch all spas all nite, but very easy for them to specify who should sit around where when they are sitting around. Plus, most of the places "you" would probably like to go to will be the few places "they" will most likely be watching. If anyone wants to play with fire along with the owners (as Asian Amp Lover put it) and gets accidentally burnt, dont be a jackass. Always get an attorney before you open your mouth.

Just remember the words everything you say and do can be used in court and I havent ever been arrested at a amp but do know the laws through being arrested for other things and the police will try to get you to tell on yourself saying things like we dont care about you we care about closing spa whatever you do tell them nothing other than am I under arrest or can I go now and if they say your under arrest use your right to attorney talking to the police will only make things worse for you no matter what the charges are their job is to put people in jail and they dont give a fuck about you.

i tired to visit the spa yi after the 10 curfew it was like around 11, someone answered the door and asked me if I had an appt, since there was three of us I told her no, she told me they closed at 10 and to come back in the morning so I guess the girls are only taking certain people, tried calling to set up an appt but no one answered the phone.
